The quinoa is not more than a seed, but with the characteristics that can be consumed as a cereal, for that reason, it also calls it pseudocereal. As such, quinoa provides most of its calories in the form of complex carbohydrates, but also has 16 grams of protein per 100 grams and offers about 6 grams of fat in the same amount of food.

1.- It has a high level of proteins, it can contain up to 23%.

2.- It is composed of: minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium), vitamins (C, E, B1, B2 and niacin) and phosphorus.

3.- It is rich in amino acids, which influence brain development.

3.-Its fat content is rich in Omega 6.
